| | early 90s work, akin to the morceaux du ciel material... not my favorite disc of françois bayle’s music due to the sort of plink-plonk child-like performance aesthetic of the later 3 pieces, although “fabula” on the other hand is classic bayle & certainly has its moments... one for the completists. |

56'45 en quatre mouvements : fabula, onoma, nota, sonora. un rideau imaginaire se lèvera donc sur quatre scènes, chacune titrée d'un simple mot, bref, singulier, ouvert, pretexte à une large interprétation. peut-on la suggérer ? … fabula, chanterait l'oiseau de la fable, et le vent qui le porte… … onoma, projetterait cinq clichés, scènes de vitromagie naïve… … nota, jouerait du mouvement décomposé de notes surprises en plein vol… … sonora, mêlerait les couleurs, l'espace et les rythmes dans une danse légère et grave à la fois… françois bayle

56' 45 in four movements: confabulated, onoma, foot-note, will sonora. an imaginary curtain will thus rise on four scenes, each one titrated of a simple word, in short, singular, opened, pretexte with a broad interpretation. can one suggest it? ..., the bird of the fable would sing confabulated, and the wind which carries it...... onoma, would project five stereotypes, scenes of vitromagie naive...... foot-note, would play of the movement broken up of notes surprised into full flight...... will sonora, would mix the colors, space and the rates/rhythms in a light and serious dance at the same time... françois bayle
