... despite the latter affiliation, the music here is in & of the whole “private universe” sector (telling that the reference points cited by mondanile include american private-press icon mark anthony heide & the artists on the early icr roster ; i.e. paul kelday, ian boddy, et.al) ; the terminator-lineage post-apocalyptic vibes are palpable & the creepy voicings-over the chugging polysynth latticework only seal the deal further ... really nice tape ; one for fans of jeff witscher’s contemporary rene hell work ... |
