michael vorfeld and christian wolfarth are both engaged in a wide range of contemporary music projects; as a duo they display the sort of relaxed precision that marks great improvised music. both performers have naturalized their techniques as percussionists to the point where they handily toss the fruit of their extended techniques towards, near, and in the absolute opposite direction of each other while maintaining a coherent logic throughout. |
