largely synth-pulse oriented takes, rooted in a kind of early industrial sensibility ; kyle’s errant rising mijwiz reminds me a bit of 23 skidoo (as does the wash of echo-patterns & the occasional splash of clanging metal) & some of the more straight-rhythm pieces are peppered with the kinds of “gristleizer” noises you’d associate with the coum transmissions set ...
lp comes in a finely letter-pressed fold-over sleeve, with a chipboard jacket glued inside ; very well done !!! |
