for the past few years, wyatt howland aka skin graft has been gravedigging deep into the most dismal and filthy areas of sound. drug addict is one of the most sickening releases i have ever heard ... it bring upon such horrible visuals i cannot help my face from squinting and frowning in disgust every time i listen. a stream of filthy water runs near a sickened drug addict shivering in a sewer. disgusting. originally released in a limited edition by wagon, this reissue includes extended mixes of both sides!

pn 43 - "ohio feathers: volume 1" c30 ruin / eternal plough (edition of 50)

the first of a series of cleveland weirdo splits.

ruin is wyatt howland (skin graft, the nevari butchers) channeling a completely new zone. ruin's debut and displays wyatt's wide palette of sounds in a less confrontational but equally as dark of a manner as his skin graft work.

eternal plough is lo-fi  cut up ambient sequencing project using minimal equipment, recorded mostly while half asleep in my bed.

debut for both projects.

pn 41: "cleveland scum skulls" c35 dead peasant insurance

dpi is one of cleveland's most long standing noise-rock bands. young sibling veterans of ohio sludge, amanda and wyatt howland shred guitars in the same no rules exploratory fashion as they have been since the 1995. in fact, wyatt explained that they didn't even begin "tuning" until 2001 (which i don't believe they really do at all to this day). amanda also provides stream of conciousness vocal battering which rounds out the full blasting quartet. the guitar's pair up against walls of electronics from ryan kuehn (dr. quinn, hot air balloon ride, jesus kills) and j guy laughlin's one man blasted free-jazz drum olympiad style. absolutely head-spinning gunk. this tape features recordings with collaborator, ben osborne (rot ton bone, silver pearl and tusco terror).

pro dubbed. edition of 60.
