| this one takes a fair of explaining...
“i often get asked to license music for commercials, fashion shows, conferences, etc... 99% of the time my answer is a strict resounding NO. but when i was asked to license ‘lullaby’ to a label representing san pellegrino, who had planned a cd of home listening music to be distributed at some fashion show or conference or something or other, i said YES. mainly as i was hoping to score a year’s supply of green bottles in exchange... (when pellegrino came back and asked to license the same track to them for inclusion in the multimedia portion of their ‘brand identity book’ i had to draw the line though...)
so here’s that cd, replete with gems by plaid, akufen, damon albarn, atom heart, jim avignon, and various members of various bands that record for the compiler’s own label, angle. interesting little cd there...” |
