| | three late-80s/early 90s pieces from reknowned dutch composer jan boerman... all featured on the now o/p “complete tape music” set on donemus/near. despite my near-total avoidance of “academic electronic music” from the 80s (esp. the latter half), these pieces scream. no bad dx7 wankery or pdp computer nonsense; just full-bore million-mile-a-minute tape edits of clangorous damage... excellent. |
